After filling out an application for an UNSECURED Visa or Mastercard, I recieved a phone call about three to four weeks later telling me I had been approved for an UNSECURED Visa with a $3000 credit limit. I was told there was a $299.95 deposit required to get it. Then I was told of all these free benefits I would be getting such as discount medicine, and all kind of good free or discounted items.

Well they got my money, but I have yet to recieve my card. After speaking with their "so-called customer service personel", I was told this was a secured credit card, and that my $299.95 deposit was actually the price for the benefits package. It doesnt even go towards the credit limit for my card! I asked for my money back, and they said I had to put it in writing and then the "General Manager" would get it for approval of a refund. They wont even let you talk the person. This is a rip off! I better get my money back! This isnt right!!!
