Complaint Review: Premium Brand Anti-Aging Formula and Snake Venom Peptide Cream

 I ordered a free trial of the creams. I read the advertisement carefully for reoccurring charges and orders. Not finding any I thought I'd try it. Little did I know I would be charged $94.94 from some place called Lifenutra Solutions. When I received the shipment I returned it by refusing the packages. I received an email acknowledging my cancellation with a phone number of 844-358-1042. I wrote and called about when I would see the refund in my account. This was when I found out they do not give refunds. I spoke to a supervisor and was told I had 14 days to cancel. I refused to accept this. How can anyone keep you money when you return merchandise. When I asked to speak to his boss I was informed that he was the top of the line. I then asked for the name and address of the company and was told there was no way to contact them. They said they would send the product back and refund to me $31.48. This is unacceptable, the product doesn't work the two creams look and smell exactly the same. Needless to say I am not happy.
