Complaint Review: PREMIUM CIGAR PALACE

Contacted their live chat about the price and availability of a box of Por Larranaga cigars, their panatelas. This is a relatively inexpensive short filler cigar that retails for under $100. He tells me they'll be in stock tomorrow for $350. Told him that this cannot be correct.

He makes excuses and checks the "shop rate". Meanwhile, I tell him that a different variety, the PL Picadores is being sold for just $200, which retails between $350 and $400. ALL RED FLAGS. He comes back and asks me if I'd buy the panatelas for $130. That's when I called him out. Here's how the rest of the chat went:

HIM:This are good cigars bro

ME:You're full of sh*t. Go scam somebody else

HIM:

ME: $350 for an $80 box of cigars..all fake crap

HIM: If you think we are here to hike go buy some place else

We don’t deal with people like you, your so disrespectful
