Complaint Review: Premium Destinations Inc

Terrible customer service;  no substantial return calls after multiple attempts.  Cancelled the contract, per their own instructions, & local office unwilling to entertain their own rules. Unable to view membership details until almost the day that you can legally get out of the contract.  No returned calls on day contract was to be cancelled, & no one in office during posted office hours.  Attitude, changing their rules, & run around during face-to-face to end contract.  Continued no answer after refusing to end contract by their rules.  Corporate office claims to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy, but but continue to receive runaround.  Member benefits are a joke;  nothing short-term, as promised in presentation.  Limited availability for the "fantastic" deals.  Can't believe they won't honor their own rules.  Will be consulting a lawyer.
