This company is completely frustrating. They call you up and ask for the person in charge of supplies or whatever. Then they make it seem like it's time for your toner to be shipped (like it's on a shipping schedule) and they inform you that they will give it to you at the old price but that the new prices will be in effect the next time you order toner. So you get the toner (I personally didn't know how many would be in a carton) and there is only one in there and they charge you $439 then $48.29 for shipping & handling. I found out that we order the same cartridge and pay only $100. Also, the shipping amount is outrageous. It only weighs 2 lbs. I wouldn't have bought the toner based on the shipping alone.
So then you try and call them to return the item and no one answers the phone. You leave messages and no one calls you back. It says that they have a return policy but that it requires an RMA #. But it's impossible to get an RMA# b/c no one will call you back with it. I even faxed them a note saying that I wanted to cancel and to call me with the RMA #. No reponse. I even tried to act like a new customer that wanted to purchase something and that didn't work.
As someone new that is in charge of ordering supplies, I feel totally taken advantage of and really frustrated. It's completely unethical of this business and I don't see HOW they are still operating, I mean seriously.
