We attended a free seminar and then a three day seminar to learn the ins and outs of real estate flipping and wholesaling. First was the intial free training where they push everyone to go out at lunch and see how much you could get on your credit cards. We were to call every credit card company we had and ask for a limit increase. Then we were to sign up for new ones. The idea was that after paying for our $10,000 intital training with the credit cards we had just secured, we could EASILY make it back with wholesaling just a couple of houses. They'd be paid off in a snap!

The next big push was that we continue on with our "education" and with a "free" trip to Vegas that would cost over $20,000 but boy would we be smart!!! We didn't go that far, thank heaven, but the entire experience has left me deep in debt because no wholesale deal or appropriate flip ever showed up.You could email up and a coach would email you back with a stock answer. Nothing personalized about it. Or if you called, and made an appt with a coach, you'd still get a stock answer.

We were to incorporate ($$), and use our new corporation to purchase properties. My credit is trashed and now I have had to use a company to help consolidate this debt. What a total waste of time and money. The only people who made money off this was the company putting on the seminar. I sure wish there was a class action suit going on! I'd join in for certain!

We are in the same boat.  We would be intested to know if you have resolved your financial refund?  What direction of resolution did you take?  Thank you.  Mike and Debbie
