On Oct 17, 2017 I founded an ad on Facebook advertising a Christmas set of Russian piping tips. Several people were ordering and so I did as well. I received confirmation that my order #5536 was on the way. After waiting three weeks, I tried to email them and they refuse to answer. I have emailed them 8 times and I haven’t receive anything except for the initial email saying my order was shipped.

I noticed if if you click on their page to go to their store, it doesn’t exist. Are we we able to cancel our credit card payment for this?
