How many hoops do you need to jump through to get a free cruise and/or airfare from this company?  So far - more than 6 steps for the "free airfare" and 4 steps for the "free cruise".  The first step is to sit in their office for 3 hours listening to their speil.  Then, at each other step you have to submit something via mail or e-mail and it usually includes sending them money orders.  My process started last February (2012) and it is still ongoing.  I've given them money orders for $100, $150, $7.95 and $19.95.  You have to wait months in between each step, also.  Then about a month before my "free cruise" or "free airfare", I get an e-mail that says, "your reservation request form provided for preferred travel dates and port locations that are currently experiencing heavier than normal cruise demand, which results in a lack of availability of discounted promotional cruise fare that is necessary to fulfill the travel request. Your requested travel dates and cruise itinerary are in compliance with the certificate requirements and retail priced cruise fare is available, but there are no discounted promotional cruise fare available to fulfill your travel request."  Mind you, there only a very few specific dates to choose from because they can't be 7 days before or after any recognized US Holiday (just to complicate things even more).  I book travel for a living and had a hard time figuring all of this out.  Just to be told to send them more dates or get my money back after a full year of being their little puppet.  The same thing happened to the "free airfare" TWICE!  Now, this is the third set of dates I'm waiting for.  It's all very ridiculous.
