PREMIUM INCENTIVES, INC. Fly America (www.FlyAmericaFAQ.com), Cruise Away (www.CruiseAwayGetawayFAQ.com) Charged $250 for flight and cruise registration and never provided promised travel booking confirmations or official travel documents. Atlanta, Georgia
The sponsor for this travel benefit was named "Oasis", who we met with on November 29, 2011. We declined the time-share offer, but received as an incentive for our time one air-travel voucher (#115054) and one cruise-travel voucher (#100800), which were both issued on the same date and needed to be processed within 30-days. All required procedures were followed to the letter, timelines were met and fees were paid as required.
All required paperwork was completed and returned with the appropriate fees and document copies were made to ensure proof of all prerequisites were completed as requested with appropriate tracking numbers for delivery confirmation. December 27, 2011 mailed certificate registration forms, via UPS, with two-MoneyGrams, one for $150 registration fee for air travel and one for $100 registration fee for cruise travel to Premium Incentives. Documents were delivered on December 29th and signed for by "DIETERLE". $9.21 was the cost for Ground Commercial delivery by UPS. Detailed cashing information of the MoneyGrams can be provided upon request.
I welcome any information from those that would like to pursue a legal action/suit against this company. Thanks in advance for your support.
