PremiumInk.com offers bundles of ink at a cheap price, however, they did not send me the correct ink that would fit my computer. Every attempt to contact them to fix the situation was a dead end.
The phone number listed on their site rings and rings with no answer. The "customer service" link to send them an e-mail resulted in a failed delivery as the address does not exist.
My concern is that they now have my credit card info at their disposal and I have no idea who they are besides the fact that I bought something that is of no use to me.
