Complaint Review: Premium Media Design

Purchased Office 2010 download from the Premium Media Design website in February, 2014 and paid via PayPal.

I used the instructions in the e-mail and the product downloaded successfully.

I attempted to register the product online and was told the product key was invalid.  However, the e-mail stated, "...if your product fails to activate by internet, use the phone activation. (The phone activation will never fail to successfully activate your software)."  I decided to wait to attempt to register the product via telephone since the product was usable on a temporary basis. 

I attempted to register the product via telephone yesterday and was told the product key was invalid.

All attempts to contact the company (phone, e-mail, chat) have been unanswered and I see now that several other people have experienced the same scam.  I am past the 45 day PayPal dispute period but will explore other ways to expose this fraudulent company.
