Others who did receive these packets reported there is nothing in there that can't be obtained for FREE elsewhere. There will be no credit cards, "guaranteed" applications for credit cards, etc. There may be applications for credit cards, which will be declined if you have bad credit.
These are the same applications you can find online, receive by direct mail, or pick up from store counter displays. Also there may be application for prepaid debit cards and/or secured credit cards. These cards may be "guaranteed" to those with bad credit, but that's because they require you to pay upfront the full amount before you can charge anything.
Again, applications for these can readily be found for free. There is nothing in this packet that is worth anything.
Go to your bank and follow Ed's process to get your money back. The company is a rip-off; they will just stall you until the legal time limit for charging back your money expires.
