NIGHTMARE ALERT: Drew Nicklesen was a referral from Fidelity Home Warranty for a water leak. After six visits and "leak detection," Drew failed to fix the leak and gave up. He left us with a leak for a week. We had to hire another plumbing service to get the job done in one visit. They told me that Drew's work was Mickey Mouse and shoddy.
Drew was full of excuses and broken promises during and after his services calls. He promised to refund part of the $2500 and then the next morning he woke up on the wrong side of the bed and decided that he wanted a professional opinion letter after the leak had been fixed. Then, he deleted his email or blocked me, so how do I sent him the receipts, videos, and photos of the water leak? Umm how's that gonna work? This is your nightmare, worse than the leak itself.
