I visited both these sites today. I cannot find anything listed from Hud or any other Federal job that you can do from home.
Please do your homework before sending any monies to anyone for an at home job. I'm glad I did.

I paid 8.95 for this "packet" It is supposed to be free information, the 8.95 is for shipping. The packet I received could easily fit in a flat rate box from the post office for half the price that can ship anywhere in the world.
I was very disappointed with this package.
First Lie: The phone message promises
information that can get you started as a tracer for HUD loan refunds. It does not give any clue how to set up your own business, or how to run it or deal with clients.
Second Lie: The phone message said it would send you valuable documents. There weren't any valuable documents.
Third Lie: The web site claims "This is the only government program where your entire job will consist of filling out just one simple form. " Wrong! You also have to contact the person who is due the refund. Some people call it cold-calling, and convince them your not trying to sell them anything, or rip them off. They also have to be okay with you taking a percent of their refund!
This whole package is basically an advertisement to buy his book, which has the real information, and is 69.95. The packet will also try to sell you a list from HUD - to save you some time, at anywhere from $20 to $135.00. (depending on the state)
The package "Your Guide to Financial Freedom" has no real answers. And doesn't even touch on business licensing, or taxes. Both of which, when brought up on the phone with him, he said I didn't need either. Do you really think you can start your own business, get paid, and not pay your taxes And do a service without a business license ? And this is endorsed by the Government? I hardly think so.
I am not "lazy" as one poster implies you must be if you can't make money at this. I'm sure I can make money at this, but I expect to get the "Valuable Information" I paid for. There was nothing in this package that was helpful at all.

I started the program and I have made money, so I have no complaint. My brother-in-law tried the program and never made a penny, but he is very lazy. My guess is that if you are willing to work, you can make money,but if you are lazy, you will not and you will complain as most people seem to do.
