We received tickets from this company for "Jersey Boys" in New York City in April, 2010. When we got to the theater there had been a fire and the performance was cancelled. I called the company immediately when we returned to the hotel and they said to send in the tickets. We had asked at the box office in NYC and they said to go to the company. I have not heard anything from Premium Tickets Cheap either in writing or phone calls. I have called several times with no response.
