DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAM COMPANIES YOUR CC NUMBER!!!

I too was victimized by this unscrupulous company.  I was very disappointed when no product was ever received to try.  I should have been much less trusting when I noticed the fine print had almost impossible deadlines to meet for RETURNING the product and even to try it out in 14 days from the time it is ordered. But I have received such great service from other companies lately, that all products I have ordered in the past year have been delivered within 5 days. Plus the fine print only stipulates that you need to CALL to CANCEL within 14 days.  It also says "RISK FREE" trial. I figured if I did not receive product, I could cancel within 14 days to prevent further charges.  When you call they place more stipulations on you not getting charged $80 - you must also RETURN the product within 14 days from CANCELING. I asked, what if I never receive it?  Then just call us back if you do not receive within the 14 days.  This means I need to let the 14 day period expire before calling back to tell them I never received it. By then their system will already charge my account because I will then be "LATE" (outside the 14 day period within which I need to try the product and return if not satisfied - or just return it after already being charged shipping.)  It's obviously set up to force one's failure of meeting these impossible terms so they can charge your card again and say it was all there in the fine print. But they are not delivering the product within the first 7 days, in order to even get to try to meet their stipulations.   

Right after I canceled, I called my Credit Card 1-800 number and closed the account so they would not be able to charge further.  The CC agent told me when you order these kinds of trial offers, it is like writing an open-ended blank check.  Once they have your CC number and you have ordered the trial product, your card has now been authorized for them to charge as much as they like.  Then you have to dispute the charges, if you did not receive product or services expected.

What a terrible thing they are doing to people!
