I wish we were able to stop the phone calls and attempts to reach you.



I have reviewed your account and see that you purchased our Career Training Library (2 yr | 2 per | 3 swap(s) every 60 days). You chose to return your purchase within the allotted time but did not actually use the training for the required time period in order to avoid the fee.



Please take a moment and explain to me what the issues you had with us and why you chose not to continue with training.

Me:So I returned it in before the 30 days but did not use it for the correct amount of days?



You are able to return your product within 30 days from the date and time of your purchase with no further financial obligation as long as you use the training for at least 5 hours.



You did return your purchase within 30 days but you did not use it for 5 hours therefore resulting in a 15% fee being assessed to your account.



Library Cancellation / Return



If a customer chooses to return a qualifying Library purchase, PrepLogic will waive any remaining balance of Processing Fee due after subtracting payments already made if Minimum Usage Requirement is met. The Minimum Usage Requirement is equal to an average of not less than ten (10) minutes per day of 30 Day access time granted by PrepLogic. Customer must meet the Minimum Usage Requirement before the end of the Refund Application Deadline. Minimum usage is calculated as the recorded time spent watching a full segment of video within the online video system one single time as recorded by PrepLogic. Multiple views of a single segment of video will count as only a single viewing instance for the purposes of calculating minimum usage. If Minimum Usage is not met, customer is responsible for payment of Processing Fee.
