On about July 2, 2011
Mr. Gary Glenn was given $600 Ck#1014 by Mr. L. Robinson to install his HVAC, connect his wood burning stove, and water heater.  These items were connected and working prior to Mr. Glenn taking the project.

I have been calling Mr. Glenn cell phone, and I have left voice message on his extension at his workplace about this situation.  Because Mr. Glenn has failed to contact me back about this situation, he left me other options.  Then, I contacted the Better Business Bureau & Consumer Affairs Office, and Mr. Glenn called me to tell me; it wasn't nothing they could do to him, because he didn't have a legal license to install this unit at my home in the first place.

I feel that Mr. Glenn had taken advantage of me since I had knee surgery and his failure to complete this job.  Lead me to believe that his intention wasn't pure or honest.   I do appreciate the fact that this report will be posted so other will find out that Mr. Glenn isn't a good man of character, and his workmanship is very poor.

Respectfully,
Mr. L. R
Client
