Complaint Review: Prescott Tire Pros and Automotive Service

Best use extreme caution before patronizing.  I requested a quote by phone for wheel balancing and nitrogen. This amount was confirmed twice once more by phone and at the shop. I paid the agreed upon price. Later I questioned the wheel balancing due to the vehicles performance. After examining the receipt I noticed the nitrogen was the only thing supposedly done.  I called the shop and spoke to the owner who was the person who made the quote,… All she did was kept repeating that I did not buy the tires there and the wheel balancing would be $20 per tire… Finally I lost it… BEWARE: - get it in writing, however this may only lead to further troubles legally in dealing with attorneys… Best to avoid this business altogether…
