I need to take a very expensive prescription that I cannot afford to pay for. My Dr. suggested I try Prescription Lifeline so I called them. I spoke to onr Carra Mularski over the phone and gave her all of my pertinent info, including my checking account and bank routing number.

I was never told that my bank account would be charged immediately. I did not have he funds to cover the draft of $113.00 as that money was for other bills. I was told by Carra that the prescription medicine was free and would be paying the company a service fee which was less than the prescription cost to me. Plus there was a one time enrollment fee of $50.00.

After hanging up the phone, I called the drug manufacturer directly and was told it would be shipped to me at no cost at all. Within 30 minutes of speaking to Prescription Lifeline, I called Ms. Mularski to cancel my enrollment and instructed her not to charge my bank account. She became angry and hung up on me.

They charged my account $113.00 anyway, even though I told them not to. 
Being a senior on a fixed income I need this money for food and bills. The bank cleared the draft on Monday 09/17/2018 and took the money. I called them many times demanding a refund but they are not helping me at all.

I told the sales rep that I will contact the BBB and she told me go ahead but they are not listed there so it will do you no good. This company is ripping off seniors and the poor who cannot afford the high cost of their prescriptions. They are charging people for something that they could easily get for free. They need to be stopped from doing this and that is why I am contacting you..
