Complaint Review: Preservation Financial Management

We received an invitation to attend a dinner presentation at a local restaurant Biaggis from Tim Loving and there was an 800 number that was to be called to make reservations for the evening of November 3, 2009. I called well in advance to make the reservations and was told by their employee that I could bring 3 GUESTS.  I added my husband and 2 teenage children that wanted to know more about investments. NOTHING WAS EVER MENTIONED THAT THEY HAD TO BE A CERTAIN AGE.  So I rearranged my schedule and we drove all the way out there and arrived about 10 minutes before the start of the dinner and TIM LOVING AND HIS MOTHER BARBARA were VERY RUDE at the door and told us only people 45 and older were allowed in the dinner presentation. But as we were leaving a group of people can in with a kid and they let them sit down so I went back and they knew why I came back saying "well that's their grandchild". What difference did that make between my kids and theirs? Also, they told me 2 times that there was a waiting list for tables and they couldn't spare the extra 2 tables and I reminded them that's why I made reservations! Besides when we left to drive all the way home without dinner they hadn't even filled up the tables they did have! They were 2 very rude people and I wouldn't ever invest my money or my kids with their agency. I wasted a day of my life getting ready and driving there just to be turned away by 2 rude s****.>
