I first order a waist trainer from this company a year ago. The payment went through right away but I did not receive my waist trainer. I waiter for two months and then tried to get a hold of their company. I sent more than one email and my email must have been ignored or something. So unprofessional. I had to go on instagram to get a hold of someone by commenting on one of their pictures and then I got a reply to my email. I ended up just saying I wanted a refund because it was just taking to long to get my waist trainer. Now I tried to get a waist trainer again and I accidently got the wrong size. This thing does not fit me at all. The website says no refunds or exchanges???! Why?! I sent them an email if I can just exchange it for a bigger size and and explained that my trainer is unused and they replied back "Our company policy is no refunds or exchanges" ...What a horrible company. We should be given a chance to at least make some exchanges, like any other retail store.
