Complaint Review: Presidential Auto Sales and leasing

Presidential Auto Sales and leasing I wanted out of a lease to sell to my friend. I asked the finance person at Presidential Auto Sales for the final numbers to get me out free and clear. He and owners Son lied and gave me false numbers. They also lied to my friend who bought the car and charged her more. I got another bill from Mercedes 1 week after the deal was made. Owner and his son wouldn't accept responsibility and lied on top it of about giving me money for bringing in another buyer. It's all in writing and recorded. Delray Beach Florida

I wanted to purchase a Jaguar F-Type from Presidential Auto Sales & Leasing.  I had a M Benz that I was leasing and had a buyer for the car.  I asked Marc G, (owners Son) to have their finance person, who happens to be Tom Tweedale, to come up with all the final numbers which would include ALL the $$$ amount I would have to Mercedes Benz Financial to terminate the lease.  They gave me the amount, I wrote a check.  I bought the Jag and they sold my Benz to my friend.  A week after the deal I got notice form M Benz that I still owed more money to terminate the lease.  I contacted Marc G, he claimed he tried to help and then blamed me for the screw up.  I was also told by Marc G., that I would be entitled to $200.00 for bringing in any other customer.  I asked him for the $200.00, he then stated he had to ask his Father (owner) and never got a response back.

Marc G., the owner Son contacted me after reading reviews/complaint, making every attempt to correct the record.  I stated, "the right to do was to mail me a check" for no less than the referral fee they claim they pay of $200.00.  Marc's response to that was "I don't like to mail checks" and if I wanted it I needed to come in the dealership.  Right!  Don't they know when the game is over?  are they that stupid?, greedy?  I guess so.  Perhaps this calls for small claims court.  I have seen shots, recording, and all the paper work ... all sent directly from Presidential Auto Sales and Leasing ... stay away, run!
