We learned that this company gives LOW estimates and then they send a random company out that tells you your move is going to be Thousands of dollars more and you need to pay before they load your household on to the truck. Most people don't have an extra $3,000 to $6,000 to just pay up front when not expected. So you have to cancel the move and then Presidential Van Lines keeps your deposit and this is how they make their money. Theres many many reports on line of this happening from this company and others. This company is a total scam. FBI needs to shut them down.
