I do not know or care whom Ann Conville is...however I do know you putting her daughters name and "passing the torch" is ethically , morally and probably legally wrong. If I were Ann Conville I would sue you for the many laws you have broken bringing a minor child into this situation.
Grow Up ! You tear down anyone that has any issues with you or your company rather than address them .
Stop trying to be the good guy in a very bad situation.

We confirmed our event on October 1st, 2015. We didn't have a single talent cancel and/or back out of the event. In fact we added several talents that weren't included in the initial line up.
Unfortunately, if you look at RipOffReport.com all the reports are based on the Philadelphia shows. We have been harassed by an individual named Ann Conville. Ann has written all of the RipOffReports on there. Ann used to own a competing tour called "JamTour" she changes the name of the operation every 6 months due to legal issues (she currently has 20+ judgements against her - you can just Google her name). Our tour is an excellent tour and the fact that we produce two shows a month proves that.
It looks like this report was most likely written by Ann's 16 year old daugher Olivia who has snuck into our show before in order to harass us. I can assure you we do not have a single refund request from a 16 year old. If you notice she stated she wanted a refund, but yet she attended.
I apoloigze that anyone reading this has to endure this. We had hoped this would have gone away a long time ago.
I generally ignore these, but I decided that it was time to defend ourselves from this malicious and libelous attack.
