Complaint Review: Pressler & Pressler

Pressler & Pressler took the amount of $1,574.78 from my mother and father bank account. I called them and told them about the situation and He told me that I was unable to prove it, I told him that I had proof, He stated that we both had the same name. He did not care if I had proof and asked me why do I care about this account. I told him If some body takes money from his mother and father won't he be concern. He did not care. He was very loud and rude , I had a conversation with him earlier this year and He was Very ignorant called me a bullshitter , ask me If I took bulls**t 101 and a whole lot of other insults.
