pressler & pressler took money out my bank account and left me penniless without a notice parsippany nj
I went to check my bank account and noticed my account was 0. I just deposited my pay check 4 days prior and only used may be $200 for necessities and little things. I saw that I had a debit from a court of nj amount $584 and I was in total shock. I've called my bank and they knew nothing and I called a couple numbers and was told I had to call pressler and pressler. They were rude and cold and said it from a credit card from 2004 and their was a settlement in 2011. I was like I was never served anything about this. I don't think its right to just take something money with no notice. I need my money to live and pay my bills. I'm scared that I will be jobless and homeless since they took close $600 that I need to live.
