Watch where you finance your vehicle. I had credit problems and was refer to Presidge to handle the fiance of a truck i had purchased. At the time I bought the truck and had it financed under presidge I was working. Since then I am no longer working and have been haveing a hard time trying to make the payments due to medical and being only on ssi income now. I recently recieved help from them awhile ago I was getting back on track not even 30 days past due and every day call after call. Since they knew I had a bank account they informed me I would have no other choise then to set up a check by phone and post date it. Well the date I had it set up for was not working no money in the account needed it changed to the end of the month. They refused said if the check is canceled or no payment they will come get the unit. I had no choise but to cancel the check that same day they said get all your stuff out we are coming to get it. remind you I am not even 30 days past due. They said and just because your on ssi don't think we won't come and garnish you. They threatened me and refused to listen to anything I had to say. They think because I am older that there is nothing I can do. Well harrassment is not okay..My account has never drop in payments the unit I have is not even worth what I got it for. This company needs to be stopped !!!!

"...Needs To Be Stopped"???

Without regard to your age, your physical condition, your work status or the number of footprints on the moon, YOU agreed to make each and every payment on time, everytime.  That's the agreement YOU signed!  Remember that?

"Not even 30 days late"...there isn't any difference!  "LATE" is "LATE"!  Do you know what the definition of "LATE" is?  Look it up!

So, "they need to be stopped", right?  Stopped what?  Collecting what YOU agreed to pay on time?  They should give you a pass, right?

Once again here we have a typical example to sub-prime thinking.  They agreed to finance you and YOU agreed to repay them on time everytime.  It wasn't them who reniged on the agreement.  IT WAS YOU!  And now its their fault!

What a sorry example of "thinking"!
