Prestige Auto Repair Mr. Shannon Reynolds Even after winning a courtcase, they still won't pay! St. George Utah
As written in my Small Claims Affidavit, “Prestige Auto Repair did a CNG conversion on our 2004 Ford F150 and for 7 months we had continual issues with the truck running poorly. We had the truck in the shop continually and for days at a time. In 7 months they were not able to fix the problems. We had Prestige remove the system because it never worked right and left us with unreliable transportation….”
The owner, Shannon Reynolds, refused any refund even though they kept the system after removing it. We went to court and were awarded $2,430.00 and a month after the judgment, we have still not been paid. For obvious reasons, I cannot recommend this business.

Why Install an "Improper" Kit?

Why would this company even agree to sell, much less install an "improper" CNG kit on our truck. At the time of purchase we were told that the kit would be sufficient. Damage had already been done by the time we were offered a so-called "upgrade".

Simon and Shannon Wastling had us install the least expensive CNG kit available; they did not want to pay for the proper kit for their truck. We even tried to up-grade them at COST, to try and make them happy. They refused and only wanted a refund. We did reimburse them the money to try and make them happy.
We strive to make all of our customers happy, unfortunately, you can’t make everyone happy.
