Having read some reviews about this company I foolishly believed they would be able to provide a good product at a reasonable price, now it would appears that the reviews were questionable.

I ordered a rear bumper for my car back in May 2012 and would have ordered both front and rear but they were not willing to combine/reduce shipping costs if I ordered both (this should have warned me then the type of company I was dealing with).

When the bumper did arrive it only had a few layers of bubble wrap on it and some scraps of cardboard, upon unwrapping it was obvious the part was damaged, I sent them photographs and after many Emails they finally agreed to refund my shipping cost to go towards the repair I had to pay for.

It is now December and I have sent them MANY Emails and only occasionally recieved a response always promising to do something but they never have and i have NEVER recieved my refund.

In summary this company is unprofessional, they do not care about there customers once they have your money and never follow through with their promises, they also do not have a clue how to pack a bumper so that it does not get damaged.

If you need a bumper cover avoid these people.
