Like most people, I shop for low price and this led me to Prestige Camera. I ordered a Sanyo HD1A digital camera. Turned out it was a non-US model without warranty, and naturally I was not told! Please note: non-US models end with an "EX" to the model number located inside the battery compartment. The camera itself worked fine. Unfortunately, it died on me within a few months when it was exposed to ocean spray (I was filming on the beach, but I did not drop it into water!) - I had to pay the full repair cost when I sent it to a Sanyo authorised repair center.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these crooks! Spare yourselves the agony! (but I am quite happy with the camera - in fact I gave the HD1A to my sis and bought the newer HD2 last month)
