Do not be sucked in to this dishonest company. They appear to have the greatest deal on their items but beware, they are evil. As soon as you order from them they will send you an e-mail asking you to contact them to verify the order. If you do not call them, they will call you!

As soon as they have made contact with you, they will use high pressure sales to increase your order by listing all the accessories you will "need" to operate your camera. They do not take "no" for an answer without becoming very persistent and combative. They will verbally list accessories included in a "package" and quote you a final price without giving you a written document or even an e-mail to verify what you have ordered.

They did not send all the items stated in the package. When I received the order I opened it to find they ripped me off!! I immediately called customer service to complain, asked for a Return Authorization Number which is required for them to accept a return (within 7 days) and they refused! They said they would send the items missing, (and they did), but after a very heated conversation I asked again for a Return Auth #, they refused again! I chose to contact my Credit Card Company for help, asking to return the items as the resolution to the problem.

The customer service rep stated that even with a return there is a 15% re-stock fee, which I questioned because their website states a 5% re-stock fee.

I have been fighting this for weeks. I contacted my credit card company requesting assistance, Prestige Camera stated to them they resolved the issue by sending the rest of the order and the credit card company closed the case. I have contacted the Attorney Generals office, Better Business Bureau, and Consumeraffairs.com and this is still not resolved.
