Prestige Car Rental Accused me of Stealing a Toll Pass That I Left in the Rental Car Then Charged me For it New City New York

I rented a car from here and everything seemed great. The price was the lowest in the city, the service was quick. I returned the car as instructed and left the keys with the garage attendant and the E-ZPass I had rented inside of the car.

I received a call from Prestige the next morning claiming I had stolen the E-ZPass - I don't have a car in NYC and I go to NJ a whopping 2x per year. I informed them I left the pass in the vehicle along with the keys.

They called me for two days accusing me of stealing the Pass and have now attempted to charge me $25 to replace it. It's a money grab.
