I am writing to you to let you know what poor customer service is coming from two personnel within Prestige Financial, my account is currently assigned to an agent named Brian whom I have had a telephone discussion with on November 12, 2013 about repossession of the vehicle that I can no longer afford due to various reasons. Within this phone call discussion, Brian said he would refuse the repossession and would not take any action on pursuing the repossession in the future and then hung up the line on me. This is considered poor customer service and a person representing a company should never take such actions to bluntly hang up on their caller nor client with an account with them.

After he abruptly hung up on me, I called back and spoke with his supervisor Misty. This supervisor also displayed poor customer service along with patronizing me about the repossession. She became highly irritated and tried to belittle me by making negative comments such as “We do not want your car and you should of never taken out an auto loan to purchase a car if you cannot afford to make the payments in the first.” Then, Misty proceeded to laugh at me and falsely accuse me of taking legal action against them and also hung up on me. She could have easily diffused the situation with me and calmed everything down instead, she pursued in acting highly unprofessional. This is unacceptable, especially coming from a supervisor who is supposed to maintain a reputable manner when conducting business. I am not sure what king of training these two personnel have been given, I urge the company to reevaluate these two individuals as I am filling a formal complaint about them. These two should seek training on how to defuse a difficult situations with customers and also need to have better interpersonal skills on handling clients in general.

I am disgusted with the behaviors of these two individuals and I will not be referring anyone to this financial service. They are causing a negative reputation for this company on how they treat their customers and further investigation should be taken about these two. Furthermore, by allowing such negative treatment by agent and supervisor towards clients this can lead to a negative reputation, which can also lead to lose of revenue for the company all together.

You should never take out an auto loan to purchase a car if you cannot afford to make the payments.

Thanks for your input, now to get back on track. This initial complaint about this auto financing company is about the poor customer service and poor relationships they wish to uphold with their customers. For future people looking for auto loans for a car, do not agree to any terms with this company, they do not care how they treat others “customers” and are willing to belittle you whenever they see fit.

You're NOT dealing with "Customer Service".  You are dealing with BILL COLLECTORS.  Furthermore, YOU defaulted on the contract.  What exactly do you expect them to do...come kiss you on the mouth?  Guess what?  Your problems are just STARTING!  Turning the car in by VOLUNTARY REPO does NOT mean the amount you still owe magically disappears!  The car will be sold at auction, the difference from what they get and what you owe plus fees and interest will STILL be your responsibility.  They will come after you probably via lawsuit.  Enjoy your life as a subprime borrower!  By the way, don't bother wasting your time claimin, "You must work for them!", because I don't!
