My vehicle was in the body shop for a month. While in the body shop the left front fender was repaired when there was damage to the fender. When I got my vehicle out of the body shop a front license plate holder was not put on as indicated on the body shop bill. My right side turn signal was damaged while in the shop but nothing was said about the damage I had to say something about it to the body shop. I brought to the attention of the body shop that a turn signal that was put on was not done properly and that there was a gap between the turn signal and the headlight but if you look at the other turn signal on the left side of the vehicle there was not a gap. To prove me wrong the body shop showed my pictures that were taken from a side view of the front of the vehicle and from that you could tell that there was a gap between the turn signal and the headlight when it first brought to the body shop to have work done it. The excuse that was given was because the fender was a after market fender it was causing the new turn signal not to fit proprly. In other words in a round about way I was called a liar. The inside of the vehicle had dirty fingerprints in different areas of my interior. I have also found other things not done correcly. When I went to Prestige Ford to talk to the general manager I was told the I had to make a appointment but when I contacted the general manager Mr. Ellis by phone I was told that I did not have to have a appoinment to talk to him. Mr. Ellis the general manager all he did was pass me off to the service manager. Mr. Ellis stated that he was going to do that because he did not know that much about my problem. I thought the general manager was suppose to know about all aspects of the dealership. Since the time that I have talked to Mr. Ellis by phone I have left two voice mails to return my phone calls but to this date they have not been returned.
