My girlfiend used inboxdollars to pass time n make a lil extra cash, she was made an offer for Prestige Gold Buyers, which would add $50 to her inbox account. We had some old jewelry so we decided to send it to Prestige. We sent it around the beginning of June 2011. Didn't hear anything for a month or so, so we started calling to see what was going on. We were told they were swamped with jewelry kits from the inbox offer, so it was taking longer to process than usual.

Its now November 2011, and we've called countless times over the last five months and have been given several different excuses and also been told several times we'd be contacted back, which we never were. The jewelry I sent was worth around $500, as i weighed everything and priced it before I sent it. After getting tired of the lies and excuses, I requested my jewelry be returned to me around mid September or so, which they said was not a problem, and it would be returned to me.

I still have not recieved anything at all, and now their website says they are shutting down operations and gives an email address to send return requests to, which they say they will still honor. This is a total lie... These people completely ripped us off and obviously after what's happened so far have no intention on paying us or returning our jewelry. DO NOT do business with Prestige Gold Buyers! They are nothing but a complete scam. I also plan on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well to see if anything can be done about these crooks.
