we have been taken by this company since the beginning, first we dealt with a matt prude, who we hear is now in jail. told us a mortage, which was no where what we are paying.

then the problems began, wrong tubs, and showers, we tried to get corrected took about 6 months. then the real problems began, we had a hot water pipe under home was leaking for about a month. when they repaired pipe never replaced any flooring, insulation,or anything.

they put the black paper back up and left everything. now we find out as i keep getting more and more alergies from smells in both the master bathrooms. there is mold and rotted wood under our home both bathrooms and the master closet.

no one wants to take responsibilty for this, we have spoken to lacon davis at prestige homes, and he says to call nobility, so we call lj anderson at nobility and he says its the ac people.

all i know is i am getting sicker everyday from the smell and the mold in this home. we have pictures that would make you sick just to look at. all i have asked for is this home be fixed the way it should be for what im overpaying as i was ripped off there also.

my kitchen floor is heading south and no one cares, it is no body's problem with that either. i would like to know what a walk through, and a warranty means these days, as no one seems to want to honor it.

well my only option if i cannot get this home fixed to a liveable residence, i will be forced to go after prestige homes, nobility homes, and 21st mortage to get all the money i have put down and morgage money i have paid to date.

suggestions for anyone buying a nobility home, come see mine first, and pictures of the damage. if not taken care of soon my home will be opened to the public to see.
