 I am sadly writing this review after many years of business wit Prestige Audi... Over the course of my relationship with Prestige Audi I have leased/financed 6 vehicles. Last year I purchased an Audi A8L. The moment I drove it out of the dealer I noticed a strange noise, I called them and they said to bring it back the next day and they would check it out. I was given one excuse after another over the course of several months. Each time I would bring the vehicle back when the problem was still there and hadn't gone away like they promised. I expected better customer loyalty and from them to back behind their vehicles. The last thing they did was tell me that their hands were tied even though they admitted that they strung me along the entire time and sent me to speak with Audi of America who reviewed all the data accumulated during the entire ordeal with the problem in the suspension in the A8 that they claimed that at the time I purchased the vehicle they didn't "know" about it and was not disclosed to me, they told me that they can't do anything about (so in other words I have to suck it up). This has been completely unacceptable and I am now left with a very expensive "luxury" vehicle that has a problem and Prestige Audi just washed their hands.
