Prestige Jewelry- Frank Spicer ripoff defective merchandise sold at Ebay by fjspicer tricked and lied to us Jacksonville Beach Florida .....

I purchased a Sony Video camera on Ebay from Prestige Jewelry in Jacksonville. I sent it to my daughter. It did not work. She finally sent it back to me and I contacted Frank at Prestige who asked that I send the camera for repair.

The item was kept until after the 60 day limit to file Ebay complaint then returned the item unrepaired. I am out the cost of the videocamera. It was sold as in working condition it was not.
