PC Nashville is a scam. I found the job posting online and was very excited about the entry level management track offered. I was called by a recruiter who said something like "my manager is really excited for you to come in and be interviewed". So I came in. Little did I know that there were five other people being interviewed that same day and it was like one after another, which spiked a red flag to me. I was like, are we all going after the same position?.. A little intimidating. There was also loud music blaring from one of the offices which I found strange. My interview lasted only a few minutes with the partner and I was sure that I would not be called back due to the fast quick nature of the interview. To my surprise I was called back for a second interview that was an "all day interview"

. When I arrived, there were once again five others there as well. One by one they were called back in the office and quickly left with an employee out the door.... I had no idea where they were going considering it was an "office visit." Turns out after reading reviews on here that it's a field interview... which is uncomfortable leaving with strangers in a company you are not familiar with and getting in their cars? Not sure I like that. Oddly, that didn't happen for me.... I was called back in the partner's office quickly for her to say that I won't be staying all day. I guess they didn't like me? She interviewed me again and then I left. I was only there for 30 minutes when I had assumed I would be there all day. I felt discriminated against because I was not given the chance to go on the "field interview" and I have no idea why. Anyways, the management track and pay was a total scam and I was smart enough to realize that when I left. I had a bad feeling about the company due to the quickness of the hiring process, the sketchy payment set up, as well as the fact that I was told I would be there all day in office and they didn't bother to keep me an hour. After reading the reviews of others on here, it all makes more sense to me now! Dodged a bullet on this one!
