 This company is very suspect in its advertising and marketing schemes.  They were very accommodating in taking numerous poses, in different outfits in addition to cap/gown and drape.  They were very accommodating in allowing retakes.  My student's pictures are beautiful and as a proud parent I was willing to buy the most expensive package "The Perfect Package," which touts "unlimited poses." 

But there were all these "points" associated with the pics as well. Hmmm, I called and told the rep I wanted the Perfect Package b/c it offered unlimited poses and told her the poses I wanted.  She said, Oh you can't do that, that's too many poses.  When I pointed out the "unlimited pose" representation, she said, well I guess it would be more accurate if it said unlimited poses up to the number of points in the package!!! That is NOT unlimited - it's deceptive advertising. 

I asked if I could get the High Res CD with all the poses on it (I did that with my son in 2011).  She said no, this is a different company now and we don't offer the HRCD by itself.  It is a choice in The Perfect Package---for 25 points, which would seriously limit the # of points remaining for poses. 

This is a company catering to low-to-no income HS students and their chump parents. Its a shame their true agenda is to take the parent for as much as possible or, for those who cannot afford their wonderful packages - they can look at all their beautiful poses and pics and settle for 2 or 3 to stay within an almost reasonable budget.  SHAME on you Prestige or Lifetouch or whatever incarnation you are now.
