I was another individual who went through the first interview and second interview for Prestige Solutions Account Manager position. I was even offered the job in late April. However, there were many "red flags":

1) On the second interview, the manager I was shadowing was swearing with another co-worker ALL DAY. He even slipped at one of the businesses.
2) He took me out to lunch at McDonalds, which I paid for my own lunch, to discuss the position and answer any questions I had.
3) He pulled out a folded xeroxed copy of the "benefits" and plans for the position. I'm sorry, but if I was going to be owning my own business for any "Fortune 500 Company" in a year, you better come up with more paperwork and details than that.
4) He lied to the companies, manipulating AT&Ts policies telling the customer what to say if AT&T asked so that the deal would work out for both parties, just to get a sale.
5) The manager told me to "loosen up." I was just trying to be PROFESSIONAL with how I presented myself and how I spoke, but that apparently isn't in the company's vocabulary.
6) When I received the call if I got the job, I had to let him know that minute if I wanted the position because there were many other people who wanted the job. If I was single, I could probably tell him then, but he was pissed that I needed a day to talk about it with my fiance. Any professional company is supposed to give 2 weeks.

I was suspicious about the 5 minute first interview, but decided to go to the second because if anything else, it gave me interviewing experience for the future. I can officially say that through Prestige's interviewing, now I am certain what NOT to do on an interview, and to make sure I don't make myself look like a fool in front clients.
