The spa covers these people sell are pieces of JUNK. I've had this cover for only two years and it is literally disinigrating from the inside out. The cover has completly caved into the water of the spa and is becoming water logged.
The company has been stalling me for months about a replacement by asking for additional pictures, different camera angles, all of which is a joke. The damage is obvious and it wasn't caused by hail, or aliens, or solar flare ups and suggested by the company.
They refuse to replace the cover.
