A year ago in August, we ordered a spa cover through the cover guy.   We were shipped a cover from Prestige Spa Covers in Florida.   We drained our tub in December and did not fill it again until March.   So in all, the total time we used the cover was nine months.About three weeks ago, the zipper actually fell away from the cover.   Then one of the outside straps fell off.   I contacted both the Cover Guy and Prestige Spa Covers.   They will not stand behind their product.  They claim chemical damage.  We have had our hot tub for 12 years.  The previous cover we replaced (after several years) was because it was faded from the sun.  We know how to take care of our hot tub and our covers.

We received a response from the Cover Guy - Lisa - who is sending us a new cover....no cost to us.    We appreciate their response.
