Presto Logistics Lost my property during move and very poor customer service Internet
Company showed up 4 hours late to pick up items after promising a firm time. Loaders claimed to have used over $200 worth of supplies (mostly tape when most of my boxes were already taped) then they demanded cash to buy gas for their next pickup. I was promised a date range for delivery but my items were delivered a week later outside of that max date by a very unprofessional and impatient driver who attempted to give me some other people's property. Some very important items were lost and it's been over 2 months of trying to go through the chain of command at the company but very difficult to get a call back. Basically non existent customer service. I do not feel that the company is interested in finding my items. I see some rebuttals here and it looks like they are more focusing on fixing their reputation and nothing to do with fixing customer complaints.
