Complaint Review: Preston Michael Flanders

Preston M. Flanders purchased a Brand New In Box Star Wars Edition PS4 console game bundle from me on Ebay. He signed for and recevied the package. A couple of days later he files a claim with ebay saying it was defective. I reached out to him to see if we could resolve the situation. The Console was under warranty, but he refused and hung up on me. A few days later I get a box with a completely different serial# PS4 console and none of the packaging, games or extras. He used me to switch out his broken piece of junk and also kept all the exclusive Star Wars items that came with it. I have plenty of evidence including photos and video, but Ebay as always sides with the buyer and pulled the $450.00 from my paypal account and gave it to him. He could have sent me a box of rocks and they would have found in his favor. So now he has his money back, my brand new system and all I have is a broken paper weight and am out the shipping charges to him and for him to send me his junk...about $50.00. Do not deal with this scam artist.
