Purchased 2 tumblers after seeing an advertisement and following a link on Facebook on May 1, 2017. As of today, August 13, I still haven't received my items and have had zero response to the 3 emails that I sent to customer service. The tracking info is no longer available because the website is no longer available! What a scam!
