Complaint Review: PRG PROTOTYPING

What a horrible 9 months i endure with the company PRG Prototyping. Not to mention the money i lost 13,200 and never got a complete prototype. After paying, all the up front promises that were made fell by the wayside. They failed to return my phone call at times. They also failed to follow the strict and detailed instructions which was given them as a blueprint to build the product. They use the wrong materials on my product. what a disaster, They lack creativity, vision, expertise and showed me that they were extremely irresponsible. On top of all that Tyler Harell still had the nerve to ask for even more money to try and get me to make a second prototype for an additional 2,000 after all the intended mistakes they made.
