I would like someone to investigate the furniture store Price Busters. This company is a big rip off. I purchased furniture from their store in Landover, MD on 02/28/2015. The sales woman fail to explain that the furniture cannot be setup by the delivery guy and that it is a seperate charge to have another company setup the bedroom set for me. When my furniture was delivered on 03/04/2015, the delivery guy did not let my friend inspect the furniture. He told my friend that if I find anything wrong with furniture or if there's any pieces missing to call customer service. When I inspected the furniture while setting it up. The furniture was damaged, and it wasn't the same bedroom set I actually purchased at the store. I've called the company several times and they're still giving me the run around, instead of just replacing the furniture.  When you call customer service no one ever answers the phone and when you email the company, they only send an automated email stating that they received your inquiry and someone will get back to you. I was told by Keyshia the customer service manager to send her pictures of the damage furniture. I re-emailed her several pictures of the damaged furniture and the correct furniture that was supposed be deliver several times from two different email address and she still has not resolve issue. This company has a lot of complaints against that is similar to my situation. So I am beginning to believe that they do this to all of their customers because they think that they can get away with ripping customers off.

I received a call on 03/16/2015 from Keyshia the customer service manager who is very rude. She claims that her district manager will not exchange the furniture because the pictures I was told to email to their customer service department shows the item number on the picture so I had to know that the item number was wrong and I still signed for the furniture. And when I ask to speak with her district manager, she would not allow me to speak to him and she did not give me his name. This customer service manager is a straight up liar!!! She knew I went back to the store on Saturday 03/08/2015 to speak with the assitant manager Alondnia who was filling in for Jessica at the time. I took pictures of the furniture I purchased and what was supposed to be delivered to my house. I am a customer and do not work at their store so how am I supposed to know B104 is the item number of the bedroom set that I purchased.  I have had just about enough with this company, and I am willing and ready to file a law suit against them. I would like for someone to please contact me as soon as possible regarding this problem.
