 I ordered a bedroom set, coffe table and matching end table 5/9/13. When I set the delivery date up with Cleave at the Brooklyn store he told me the end table wasn't in yet, it was back ordered. The furniture was delivered 5/31/13 except for the end table.  6/15/13 I called the store, per Cleave the table will be a few more weeks and was referred to customer service. 6/24/13 I called customer service and was told the end table was in by Kia and Keesha. I told her I would send someone to get it from the warehouse on 2415 W. Franklin Str, Balto.,MD.  I sent someone the next day 6/25/13 with a copy of my invoice, I called before he went. He waited for 30 minutes, they told him they couldn't find it that they would call him once they did. I spoke to customer service (Keesha) again 6/25/13, they couldn't understand why it couldn't be found as she knew it was in. They will check and call me back.

I never heard back from anyone so I called again on 7/8/13 to check the status, she will check and call me back. 7/11/13 I received a call from customer service (Keesha) advising me the table was discontinued and they couldn't get it. I advised then that I wanted to bring back the coffee table I received, still in the box, never opened and get my money back. She offered me to do that but I would need to pick something else at the store. I told her I didn't like anything else and don't want anything else other than what I ordered. I found the end table online and I woudl order it if they would refund the amount of the end table.

7/16/13 Talked to customer service again. She will check with the owner to approve a refund. She called me back the same day, she was mailing a check out to me. 7/22/13 called customer service again, talked to Keesha advise her I hadn't received the refund check as of yet. She told me she took the check directly to the post office herself on 7/16/13, used her own stamp and mailed it. She said if I didn't get it she would stop pay on the original check and reissue another. I told her I would come pick the new check up. But, let's give it a couple more days. 7/24 called back to customer service, still haven't received refund check. She needed to ask the owner to see if she can stop pay and reissue the check and he wasn't there she would ask him in the morning. 7/25 11:35am called, the owner checked the bank, check has not been cashed. They will reissue the check but I need to pay the $30 fee the bank charges for the stop pay. Advised I am not going to do that as it isn't my fault the check is lost, it's the post office fault. I told her I want to bring back the coffe table and get a refund on both, I'm done dealing with this. Told her to talk to the owner about that and I would call her back later today. 7/25/13 Called customer service back at 3:55Pm my call went directly to a voicemal box that is full.
